The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, it's spring time at the Ranch! A few lambs have been born too, with more to come. This winter wasn't especially severe temperature wise but the amount of snow we received was significant. The ground is starting to dry out with the warmer temperatures so it won't be too long before we can start working in the Ranch garden. The plan is to grow even more produce for the Ranch kitchen than last year! The water temperature is around 40 degrees so the fish are waking up too. Please keep Columbia River Guest Ranch in mind when you are thinking about a quick weekend fishing trip or a spring wildflower hike. We can think of no better way to usher in the spring!
